Russians destroy Kherson's main heating plant with guided bombs
Russian forces completely destroyed the thermal power plant in Kherson using four guided aerial bombs. The strike was confirmed by Serhiy Fedorenko, acting head of state energy group Naftogaz, which owns the facility. The city has lost its main source of heating ahead of the approaching winter.
