Warsaw court rejects bid to lift European Arrest Warrant against Romanowski
The Warsaw District Court on Thursday rejected a defence motion to lift the European Arrest Warrant against Marcin Romanowski. The court also declined to consider a request to hear Prime Minister Donald Tusk as a witness. The decision was announced by court spokesperson Judge Anna Ptaszek.
