Warsaw court upholds European Arrest Warrant for Marcin Romanowski

The Warsaw Regional Court rejected a defence motion to lift the European Arrest Warrant issued for Marcin Romanowski. A separate defence request to summon Prime Minister Donald Tusk for questioning was left unaddressed by the court. The decision was confirmed by court spokeswoman Anna Ptaszek.
