Nepal-Tibet flood toll rises to 362 dead, over 1,400 missing

The death toll from the catastrophic flood on the Nepal-China (Tibet) border has risen to 362, with more than 1,400 people still missing. A massive wave of mud buried roads and hampered rescue operations. Emergency services continue to work through debris-covered terrain in search of survivors.
