Nepal-China border earthquake — Polish rescue teams ready to deploy
Following the earthquake on the Nepal-China border, Polish rescuers from the PCPM Medical Emergency Team are packed and on standby awaiting a call to deploy. Monika Piątczak of PCPM stressed that in the first hours after a disaster, the actions of people already on the ground are decisive — treating the wounded, freeing those trapped and providing shelter to survivors. The Polish team is ready to move at any moment.
