Warsaw court upholds European Arrest Warrant for Marcin Romanowski

The Warsaw District Court has rejected a motion to revoke the European Arrest Warrant issued for Marcin Romanowski. The warrant therefore remains in force. Romanowski is the subject of criminal proceedings in Poland linked to his activities connected to the Justice Fund.
