Poland drafts new rights for gig workers — couriers, drivers and freelancers
Poland must implement an EU directive on platform work by December, covering couriers, drivers, accountants and translators. Minister Agnieszka Dziemianowicz-Bąk announced Thursday that the draft law is currently under public consultation. The directive aims to clarify the employment status of gig-economy workers.
