Ex-intel officer: Russia wants a new Cuban Missile Crisis to force its terms on the West

Retired Polish military intelligence officer Lt Col Korowaj says Russia is deliberately engineering a Cuban Missile Crisis 2.0 scenario to bring the West to the brink of nuclear war. The aim, he argues, is to force terrified Western leaders into negotiating a new global order on Moscow's terms. He made the remarks in the context of the CIA director's visit to Moscow.
