WADA president Bańka after Piesiewicz arrest: Polish sport has been destroyed

Witold Bańka, former Polish sports minister and current president of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), commented on the detention of PKOl president Radosław Piesiewicz. He said he had been attacked by Piesiewicz "more or less subtly" for years over his criticism of how Polish sports federations operate. Bańka stated that "Polish sport and the image of PKOl is being destroyed" and that it is time for reconstruction.
