Russian spy chief Naryshkin confirms meeting with CIA director Ratcliffe in Moscow

Sergei Naryshkin, director of Russia's foreign intelligence service (SVR), has confirmed that he met with CIA director John Ratcliffe during Ratcliffe's visit to Moscow.
