Cross-party Sejm coalition moves to ban miniature alcohol bottles nationwide

Polish MPs from across the political spectrum are preparing a bill to ban the sale of small bottles of spirits, known as "małpki," entirely. According to "Rzeczpospolita," the only hurdle delaying a swift introduction of the ban is the EU notification procedure for such regulations. The move follows an earlier nationwide ban on nighttime alcohol sales.
