Hundreds dead in floods and landslides on Nepal-Tibet border

Hundreds of people have died in flooding and landslides along the Nepal-Tibet border, triggered by a flash flood on the Bhote Koshi River on the Tibetan side. More than 400 travellers are reported missing. Search and rescue operations are ongoing in the affected region.
