Ex-Orlen director charged with ordering surveillance of opposition MP

Prosecutors have charged a former Orlen executive director with abuse of power for commissioning a report on a then-Civic Platform MP from an American company. The case is the same reported by the Regional Prosecution in Łódź — the report concerned Bartłomiej Sienkiewicz and cost over 463,000 PLN ($111,000).
