Ukraine's drone strikes on refineries force Russia to scramble for oil imports
Ukrainian drone strikes on Russian refineries have forced Moscow into a scramble for imported fuel. Russia is receiving oil via a shadow-fleet tanker from NATO member Turkey, having crude processed in Kazakhstan, and accepting fuel shipments from India routed through Egypt. The Kremlin is also pressuring allies to supply badly needed energy, pointing to a deepening crisis for what was once a world-leading oil producer.
