Fugitive developer Nassif allegedly threatened NSW building commissioner: 'I'll harm you'

Former New South Wales building commissioner David Chandler told the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) that fugitive developer Jean Nassif of Toplace allegedly told him: "If you harm my project, I'll harm you." Chandler was giving evidence about clashes with Nassif, whose developments were being inspected for structural defects. He described Nassif as "loud and overbearing".
