From September 1, planning condition applications invalid in many Polish municipalities — government won't delay deadline
From September 1, planning permission applications will have no chance of success in municipalities that have not adopted local zoning plans, effectively stripping some plots of their development value. Plot owners have been rushing to submit applications before the August 31 deadline. Local governments called for the deadline to be postponed, but the national government refused.
