Health education mandatory from September, but sex ed stays optional

From 1 September, health education becomes a compulsory subject in Polish schools, but the sexual health module will remain optional, available only to those who choose it. PiS has filed a motion with the Constitutional Tribunal challenging the constitutionality of the new regulations. The case is still awaiting a ruling.
