Concrete barriers and anti-tank ditches — Poland's Eastern Shield takes shape on Russian border

The first elements of Poland's Eastern Shield fortification line are visible on the border with Russia's Kaliningrad region. Concrete barriers are being erected along the frontier, anti-tank ditches are being dug, and designated sites are being prepared for rapid stockpiling of defensive materials.
