Autism and ADHD diagnosis in hand, but therapy out of reach for many Poles

Marta spent years not understanding why she felt different from those around her. After finally receiving diagnoses of autism spectrum disorder and ADHD, she found private therapy unaffordable and public health service waiting times extremely long. Her case highlights a wider crisis in access to psychiatric and psychological care in Poland.
