CBA detains suspects linked to flood scandal in Lower Silesia

Poland's Central Anti-Corruption Bureau has been conducting operations in Lower Silesia since Wednesday. According to Wirtualna Polska's findings, some individuals featured in its reports on the flood corruption scandal have been detained and taken to the European Public Prosecutor's Office in Katowice, which opened an investigation following the WP articles. CBA spokesman Jacek Dobrzyński confirmed the ongoing operation but gave no details.
