Court orders 16-year-old back to youth centre after fatal beating in Kraków

A family court in Nowa Huta reversed its earlier decision regarding 16-year-old Jakub L., identified by a witness as a participant in a fatal beating in Kraków. The teenager, who had been on leave from a youth correctional facility, was initially released home after being detained by police. The court has now ordered him to return to the facility.
