Nearly 7,000 complaints filed over unused leave — employers face fines up to 60,000 PLN

Employers in Poland have until the end of September to grant workers their outstanding annual leave. Over the past six years, the State Labour Inspectorate received nearly 7,000 complaints on the matter, with around 800 filed already in 2026. Violations can result in fines of up to 60,000 PLN.
