End of hybrid work drives demand for large city-centre offices

The retreat from hybrid office models is fuelling demand for large office spaces in Polish city centres. Data from the REDD platform show that in July alone 315 office spaces totalling over 128,000 sq m were taken off the market, according to Rzeczpospolita. PwC will move into its newly leased location in 2029.
