Czech duo Karolína Muchová and Jakub Menšík claimed the US Open mixed doubles title, defeating Belinda Bencic and Flavio Cobolli 6-3, 1-6 (10-6) in the final. Russia's Mirra Andreyeva and Andrei Rublev were eliminated in the semi-finals despite holding a 9-7 lead in the super tie-break.
