Nawrocki wants to establish a Maria Skłodowska-Curie science prize

The office of President Karol Nawrocki is working on plans to establish an international science prize named after Maria Skłodowska-Curie. The initiative aims to promote "Polish scientific heritage" and highlight the Polish identity of the Nobel laureate, whose nationality is sometimes disputed. Presidential advisers are still working out the details of the project.
