Over half of Poles oppose Berek's nomination as Constitutional Tribunal judge

A slim majority of Poles oppose the nomination of Maciej Berek — a former minister and close aide to the prime minister — as a judge of the Constitutional Tribunal, according to an IBRIS poll published by Rzeczpospolita. Berek previously served as minister for oversight of government policy implementation and is seen as one of the prime minister's closest associates.
