Coal costs up to 1,800 zł per tonne ahead of heating season — mines offer it up to 650 zł cheaper
Interest in buying coal is rising ahead of the heating season in Poland. Coal depots currently charge between 1,500 and 1,800 złoty per tonne, but buying directly from a mine can save buyers up to 650 złoty per tonne. Purchasing straight from the producer is the main way to cut heating costs this winter.
