Putin threatens Russian firms with asset seizure unless they shoot down Ukrainian drones

Vladimir Putin has effectively ordered Russian private businesses to defend their facilities against Ukrainian drones or face asset confiscation. The Kremlin's message to companies is: shoot down Ukrainian drones or lose your assets. In practice, the cost of anti-drone defence is being forcibly shifted onto private property owners.
