Short-term rental tax: flat-rate billing without a company — no changes planned

Poland's Ministry of Finance has confirmed that owners who rent out apartments on a short-term, per-night basis are not required to set up a business. Income from such rentals can be declared privately using a flat-rate tax scheme. The ministry has no plans to change these rules.
