Algeria wildfires kill 12 amid North Africa heatwave

Twelve people died and at least 54 were injured as wildfires swept through northern Algeria on Wednesday. Authorities battled over 150 simultaneous blazes during a severe heatwave gripping North Africa. Six of the injured were in critical condition in intensive care.
