Australia bans fully AI-generated music from charts

Australia's recording industry association has banned fully AI-generated songs from its official music charts. Tracks that use generative AI only as a support tool will still qualify, provided they are "substantially human made". The move is intended to protect artists from being displaced by algorithmically produced content.
