Airport malaria kills two workers at Frankfurt airport, four more infected

Two workers at Frankfurt Airport have died from malaria, with four more colleagues still infected, the airport operator announced Wednesday. Germany's Robert Koch Institute determined that the source of infection was a mosquito that arrived on board an incoming flight. So-called "airport malaria" is extremely rare, and authorities say there is no direct threat to Frankfurt residents.
