Nepal-Tibet flash floods kill at least 160, hundreds missing

A catastrophic flash flood devastated a river valley on the Nepal-Tibet border, killing at least 160 people. Hundreds more are missing, including foreign tourists. Chinese state broadcaster CCTV reported a "large number of casualties" on the Tibetan side. President Xi Jinping called for a comprehensive search-and-rescue operation.
