NASA launches $4 billion Roman Space Telescope — what it can do

NASA is launching the Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope on Sunday, a $4 billion instrument built to capture vast swaths of the universe quickly and precisely. It is designed to survey enormous areas of sky far faster than the Hubble Space Telescope. Scientists expect Roman to reveal phenomena and objects never previously observed.
