PKO BP appeals KNF fines totalling PLN 47.5 million

PKO Bank Polski has applied for a review of PLN 47.5 million in fines imposed by Poland's Financial Supervision Authority (KNF). The regulator penalised the bank over irregularities related to structured deposits it offered between 2021 and 2023. PKO BP disputes the decision and is seeking to have it overturned.
