Poland's Niewiadów ammunition factory on track to produce 155 mm shells by year-end

Niewiadów Polska Grupa Militarna has completed the technical acceptance of production lines from Slovakia's KONŠTRUKTA-Industry, which will enable the manufacture of 155 mm artillery, 120 mm tank and 120 mm mortar ammunition. The lines are scheduled for delivery to the Niewiadów plant at the turn of September and October, with production readiness planned by year-end. The milestone is seen as critical to building Poland's domestic large-calibre ammunition manufacturing capacity.
