Polish Army introduces new recruit questionnaire to find talented candidates

The Polish Armed Forces are piloting a new questionnaire for candidates applying for professional military service, aimed at better matching recruits to specific roles. Chief of the General Staff Gen. Wiesław Kukuła said the army should be a "talent army focused on winning", not a homogeneous mass.
