Nearly 100 Dead in Nepal Flash Floods Near Chinese Border

A violent flash flood near the China-Nepal border has killed nearly 100 people, with the final death toll expected to be much higher. A helicopter pilot who witnessed the disaster from the air told CNN he had never seen anything like it, describing waves up to 5–6 metres high. The flood struck on Wednesday.
