Giertych Takes on Kral's Zondacrypto Case — Opposition Cries Conflict of Interest

Roman Giertych, a lawyer and MP, has agreed to represent Przemysław Kral in the Zondacrypto case. Opposition politicians argue this constitutes a conflict of interest and that a sitting MP-lawyer should not take on the case. Other parliamentarians who are also practising lawyers acknowledged they would have reservations about accepting such a brief.
