Dorota R. charged for promoting supplements as medicines in Poland

An indictment has been filed against a woman identified as Dorota R. at a Warsaw district court, accusing her of marketing a dietary supplement as a medicine with therapeutic properties it is not certified to claim. The case was announced by prosecutor Marek Marciniak of the Warsaw Regional Prosecution Office. Falsely attributing medicinal properties to supplements is a criminal offence in Poland.
