Nepal floods: 31 dead, 384 tourists missing including 291 foreigners

At least 31 people have been killed and 384 tourists — including 291 foreigners — are missing after a powerful flash flood in northern Nepal, according to the Nepal Tourism Board. The death toll is expected to rise significantly given the large number of missing persons. The disaster struck the Rasuwa district near the Chinese border.
