PKO BP challenges KNF's 47.5m-złoty fine over structured deposits

PKO Bank Polski has filed a request for reconsideration of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority's (KNF) decision imposing fines totalling 47.5 million złoty. The KNF's charges relate to structured deposits the bank sold to customers between 2021 and 2023. PKO BP disputes the regulator's findings.
