Putin signed three secret decrees coinciding with CIA director's Moscow visit

According to the independent outlet The Moscow Times, Vladimir Putin signed three classified decrees — numbered 605, 606 and 607 — whose contents have not been made public. The signing coincided with CIA director John Ratcliffe's visit to Moscow. The Kremlin denies that Ratcliffe met directly with Putin.
