'Tourism tsunami is destroying us' — Majorca protests mass tourism again

On Saturday at 7 p.m., residents of Palma, Majorca, will form a human chain from Plaza de España to the Balearic government headquarters to protest mass tourism. Demonstrators say the island is being destroyed by what they call a "tourism tsunami." It is the latest in a series of anti-tourism protests on the island.
