Polish man among seven killed as wrong-way car hit police vehicle near Middlesbrough

A 23-year-old Polish man was among the victims of a fatal crash near Middlesbrough, England. A car carrying five passengers drove the wrong way and collided head-on with a police vehicle carrying two officers — all seven people died at the scene.
