Lukashenko orders snap readiness inspection of Belarusian army after CIA chief's Moscow visit
Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko ordered an immediate combat readiness inspection of the country's armed forces. The order came in direct response to CIA Director John Ratcliffe's visit to Moscow. Lukashenko explicitly linked the US intelligence chief's trip to the need to verify the readiness of Belarus's military.
