Flash flood near Nepal-Tibet border kills at least 17 people

A flash flood struck the Rasuwa district north of Kathmandu, along the Nepal-Tibet border, killing at least 17 people. The flood is feared to have swept away entire villages in the area. Rescue operations were underway following the disaster.
