Soldier reveals IDF used 'retrospective incrimination' policy after Nasser hospital strike

A soldier has revealed that the IDF operated a de facto policy of "retrospective incrimination" — constructing post-hoc justifications for lethal strikes on civilians. The policy was applied after the August 2025 strike on Nasser hospital in Gaza, which killed a journalist working for Independent Arabia. The disclosures were reported by journalist Bel Trew.
