Ubisoft sells Heroes of Might and Magic 3 on Steam — but it won't launch

Ubisoft announced a remake of the beloved strategy game Heroes of Might and Magic 3 and simultaneously released the original version on Steam. However, players immediately discovered a critical issue — the game cannot be launched. Ubisoft is effectively selling a title that does not run.
