Ex-intelligence chief: Putin may resort to drastic measures to avoid defeat

Former Polish Intelligence Agency chief Col. Andrzej Derlatka said on the "Newsroom WP" programme that Putin may resort to drastic steps to tilt the war in Russia's favour at the last moment. Derlatka stressed that Russians do not forgive their leaders for defeat, and that no Russian tsar survived a military loss.
